These terms apply to mpathconsulting.io and to the free demo. By using the site or the demo, you agree to them. A signed proposal or agreement with MPath Consulting LLC ("MPath") replaces these terms for the work it covers.

The site

The site explains what MPath does. Examples, sample replies, sample dashboards and tools on the site are for illustration only. They are not client results and do not promise any result. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.

The free demo

  • The demo is free for 7 days. You owe nothing and nothing renews.
  • It runs on a separate demo number. Your business line stays unchanged.
  • It turns itself off on day 7.
  • The demo uses an AI assistant. It tells callers it is an AI assistant.
  • Please only use the demo to try it yourself or with people who know it is a test. Do not use it to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you.
  • We may end a demo early if it is misused.

Text message terms

Program: MPath Consulting texts about demo setup, appointment reminders, and replies to your questions.

How you join: by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on our forms, in our chat, or by texting us first.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. To join again, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

The site's words, images and designs belong to MPath or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links to the site. Please do not copy it or reuse it as your own.

The site and the demo are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and running, but we do not promise they will be error free or always available.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies once it is posted here.
