What we collect

What you give us. When you ask for a demo or book a call, you give us your first name, email, business name, and the details you add on the booking form, such as your phone number and the time you pick. When you chat with us on the site, call us, or text us, we keep what you send.

Your demo. If you try a free demo, we set up a separate demo phone number, website chat and follow-up texts for your business. Calls, chats and texts with the demo, and with our own AI assistant, are handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded and written down as transcripts so we can show you how it worked and improve it.

From your visit. If you came from an ad or a link, we keep the tags in the web address (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid) with your booking, so we know which ad or link brought you. Our site host counts page visits with Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Your browser saves your light or dark theme choice on your device.

How we use it

• To set up and run your demo, and to contact you about it.
• To answer your questions, book calls, and send you a proposal if you ask.
• To send texts and emails you agreed to receive (see "Text messages" below).
• To see which ads and pages work, and to improve our site and services.
• To keep records the law requires and to protect against fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to send you the messages you agreed to, such as demo setup, appointment reminders, and replies to your questions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages, as described below.

Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Full details are in our Terms.

Who helps us

We use a small number of service providers. They handle your information only to do work for us:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector): our customer list, phone and text messages, website chat, AI assistant and booking calendar.
• Manus: hosts this website and its visit counts.
• Google Workspace: our email and files.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are talking with you or working together, and for as long as we need it for records, taxes and legal reasons after that. Demo numbers turn off on day 7. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP. Email: use the unsubscribe link.
• See, fix or delete your information: email info@mpathconsulting.io. We will answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm it is you first.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use trusted providers and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
